Scheduling of communication events, from face to face meetings, phone calls or conference calls, to web-based collaboration, such as web meetings, video conferences or chat rooms. As we all know, reaching even one individual person can sometimes be quite a challenge. Setting up an event with multiple invitees can really be quite complex, and take a long time to setup, while business issues require much faster reaction.
Communication
The actual communication – to meet somewhere, or to make a simple phone call, we need no special technology. But for all the other communication types - conference call, web meeting, video conference or chat rooms - require dedicated tools. Neatcall provides ALL of these tools on ONE platform, which includes the scheduling process as well and is fully integrated with it.

The Neatcall app is a very practical app. It provides me exactly what I need. The UI is great and very intuitive. I like the fact that they do not only scheduling but the communication itself as well.
