BatchBook Contacts allows you to keep track of your business, networking and personal contacts. You can create a flexible, easy-to-use contact database from scratch, or import your contacts from an existing system.
BatchBook Communications’ simple interface allows you to log email, phone and in-person communications with your contacts. With BatchBox email forwarding, you can send emails directly to BatchBook to be logged with the correct contacts.
The Lists & Reports tab allows you to build a list from your contacts to easily generate mailing labels, or export lists of email addresses to send out targeted mail using your email client (Outlook, Gmail, etc.).
The BatchBook To-Do List lets you manage your tasks quickly and easily. You can set a prompt to remind you to follow up with a client, note your mother-in-law’s upcoming birthday, or set a goal to have your newsletter completed by a certain date.
Customization can be done with the simple tagging system. By turning an ordinary tag into a SuperTag, you can group contacts together and create custom fields for that tag.
